Learn About Musculoskeletal Conditions
How Musculoskeletal Discomfort Feels

The symptoms of musculoskeletal discomfort can range from moderate to severe in intensity; everyone experiences his or her symptoms differently. These symptoms can also be indicative of other conditions. Pain can vary between different individuals and different situations. You should see your doctor for a complete evaluation and proper diagnosis.

When Musculoskeletal Discomfort Occurs

Muscular discomfort is most often caused by stretching of pain sensitive structures that irritate nerve endings. Over time, a repetitive motion or a fixed position can cause musculoskeletal discomfort. The lower back is an area that can often be affected by musculoskeletal discomfort due to muscle strains.
